Foxcroft IEA Team Competes at Zone Finals

The Foxcroft IEA team finished their season competing at Zone 3 Finals, which took place at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, VA, from Friday, March 15 to Sunday, March 17. The IEA members who represented the team were Aradeal H. ’26 (Open Fences and Flat), Maddie K. ’26 (Intermediate Fences), Anneliese C. ’26 (Intermediate Flat), AnnaMaria C. ’25 (Novice Fences and Flat), and Sammie M. ’27 (Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter).
With 14 strong teams ready to fight for a qualification to Nationals, competition was stiff, and the pressure was on for everyone in the irons. Foxcroft riders demonstrated stellar sportsmanship and gave their horses thoughtful and positive rides. The team highlight for the weekend was a second-place finish from Sammie that put Foxcroft on the scoreboard and was a great way for her to close out a fantastic season in the Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter division.

The IEA team made their coaches proud this season by prioritizing good horsemanship, sportsmanship, teamwork, and having fun! Way to go, riders!
