Registration Open for 2024 Foxcroft Equestrian Residential Camp

Foxcroft is excited to offer a week-long equestrian residential camp from June 23-28, 2024, for riders entering the 8th-11th grade in the fall of 2024 and interested in exploring attending Foxcroft School during their high school years. The program, designed for riders with experience riding at a level of walk-trot-canter or above, was created to further a girl's riding skills while allowing her to experience Foxcroft’s uncommonly beautiful campus and local community.
Riders will receive mounted instruction based on the tenets of hunter seat equitation and attend horsemanship seminars on bandaging, braiding, clipping, vet care, farrier care, and the like. The residential component of the camp will include eating meals together, exploring the Foxcroft campus, field trips, pool time, and social activities in the dorm.

Space is limited, and previous riding experience is required. For more information and application material, email Associate Director of Riding Kendall Bear (kendall.bear@foxcroft.org). To ensure that we can provide suitable mounts for each rider, camp applicants must fill out and submit an application AND a video of themselves riding taken within the last three months. The camp cost is $1,650, due in full by May 31, 2024, for those accepted. Private horses are welcome for an additional fee.
