Another Fun and Successful Cherry Blossom 5k!

This past weekend, the Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation hosted its annual 5k Run and 1 Mile Pooch Prance. Students and teachers came to Middleburg early Sunday morning to support the cause.
Thank you to our many runners and volunteers who made the event such a success. We are so grateful for your dedication to the Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation and the fight against breast cancer. Your support means the world to us board members, the foundation, and everyone affected by the disease. 

The volunteers were up and ready to help at 6am on Sunday. They helped to set up the bake sale and 5k and directed the runners once the race began!

Foxcroft also had a large turnout of student and faculty runners. Olivia W. ’23 earned 1st place for the second year in a row, and Dr. Sweeney took third.

Without these participants, the 5k wouldn’t have been nearly as successful!
