An Impressive Conference Opener
Foxcroft opened its Delaney Athletic Conference season on an impressive note by overwhelming Trinity Christian School, 8-1, at home.
Foxcroft's only setback came at No. 1 singles but the team got off to a rousing start when all three doubles teams won their matches. Sophomores Gigi G. and Carleigh L., the No. 1 doubles team, won their match, 8-3; senior Maddy W. and junior Hako I. posted an 8-3 victory at No. 2 doubles. Sophomore Leah N. and junior Moni P. were victorious at No. 3 doubles.
Carleigh, Maddy, Hako, Leah and junior Chanler J. all won their singles matches.
