• Who can I contact if I'm having trouble accessing Magnus Health?

  If you are having difficulty navigating the Magnus system, entering data online or downloading the hardcopy cover letter and forms, or if you have any other questions, please contact Magnus Health SMR customer support at 877.461.6831 or service@magnushealthportal.com.

• Who can I contact if I'm having trouble accessing my account in myFoxcroft?

  If you are having trouble logging into your myFoxcroft account, please contact our Technology Department at helpdesk@foxcroft.freshservice.com.

• How secure is my daughter’s information in the Magnus Health database?

  Magnus Health employs military-level security to address the privacy and security concerns of its users. Administrative, physical and technical safeguards, including 256 bit data encryption and 128 bit data encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) systems, protect the information in the Magnus database. Its network protection includes multiple firewalls, instrusion prevention appliances and active monitoring systems.

• How does the integration with myFoxcroft work?

  The integration between myFoxcroft and Magnus Health creates a convenient Single Sign-On (SSO) experience for parents. After signing in to myFoxcroft with your unique login credentials, you will be able to directly access your account in Magnus Health by clicking through the "Magnus Health" tile on the Resources page.
  
  Each parent has access through their myFoxcroft account to the Magnus Health accounts for their daughter(s). Because Magnus Health uses the myFoxcroft database to create parent and student accounts, any updates or changes to your contact information must take place in the myFoxcroft system.
  
  

• Is the integration between myFoxcroft and Magnus Health secure?

  The integration between myFoxcroft and Magnus Health utilizes a secure token to sign in to Magnus from myFoxcroft. Each secure token is encrypted with an individual encryption key. When Magnus receives a secure token from myFoxcroft, it confirms that the encrypted login identification matches the identification of the requested Magnus account before allowing access.

• Can Foxcroft administrators access my Magnus Health account through myFoxcroft?

  No. The only way for someone to access your Magnus Health account through myFoxcroft is if you provide them with your unique login credentials.
  
  While select Foxcroft administrators have access to other aspects of your myFoxcroft account for troubleshooting assistance, they are not able to override your unique login credentials to access the Magnus Health system.
  
  Foxcroft's nurses do have administrative access to Magnus Health.

• How can I edit my contact information in Magnus Health?

  Because Magnus Health uses the myFoxcroft database to create parent and student accounts, any updates or changes to your contact information must take place in the myFoxcroft system.

• Am I able to access Magnus Health on any web browser?

  Magnus Health is known to be compatible with most desktop and mobile web browsers. For more details, please see the TLS Encryption Protocol Update (which lists compatible browsers).
