Join Fellow Alumnae for October 31 Workshop

All alumnae are invited to register for a Saturday, October 31 workshop on maintaining institutional values and moving forward to create a more diverse and equitable future presented by Alison Harrison Goodyear ’29 Fellow Dr. Marcia Chatelain, Professor of History and African American Studies at Georgetown University and offered in conjunction with Class Representatives Weekend.
"How We Make a Difference: Taking the Steps for Sustainable Change” is an interactive presentation designed specifically for Foxcroft about how we harness our passion and energy to transform our communities into actionable steps. Based on vignettes in history, the presentation will isolate the key attributes of successful efforts to preserve institutional values, while ensuring change and growth are possible in order to create a more diverse and equitable future.

Dr. Chatelain will help us use new information and frameworks to provide leadership and guidance to familiar places and trusted people in the Foxcroft community. The workshop will also cover topics like communication strategies, supporting communities through change processes, and how to share our visions.
