To all families of new and returning girls — welcome to Foxcroft!

The campus has been alive with energy, excitement, and anticipation as we kick off the new school year. I’m looking forward to meeting many of you during Opening Days. For those I may not get to connect with in person, I hope you’ll receive a warm welcome from one of our amazing Parents’ Association (PA) volunteers.

I am honored to serve as President of the Foxcroft Parents’ Association (PA). The PA plays a vital role in strengthening our community by fostering engagement, connection, and support. The Parents’ Association is already working hard to make this year a meaningful and memorable one for all Foxcroft families. One of our key goals is to foster a strong sense of community by encouraging family involvement in all areas of school life. To that end, we’ve planned a variety of programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings throughout the year, and there’s something for everyone, whether you're nearby or supporting from afar.

Please note our 2025-26 Meeting dates are September 3, November 3, February 2, and May 4. All meetings will be via Zoom at 6:30pm ET. Links to these meetings will be posted on the PA Resource Board in myFoxcroft and Foxcroft Weekly as the dates approach. All parents are warmly welcome to attend!

Throughout the year, we’ll share updates about our work and let you know about opportunities to get involved with the School. We hope you’ll join in, volunteer, and participate whenever you can. We’re excited to get to know you and your daughter(s) in the year ahead!

I’m looking forward to connecting with you all in the coming weeks. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead at Foxcroft! If you would like to get involved or learn more, please look for our table at Opening Days, contact any of the PA officers listed below, or email me at phebe.wahl@gmail.com

I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Warmly,

Phebe Wahl ‘96 P’27

Ways to Get Involved

BIPOC Parent Affinity Group

The new Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Parent Affinity Group was formed to increase awareness and appreciation of the positive cultural identifiers that distinguish us one from another and identify the common ground that binds us. Most importantly it can offer feedback that can inform Foxcroft initiatives, programming, and planning.

Affinity groups are a group of people having a common interest or goal or acting together for a specific purpose. A BIPOC affinity group brings people with shared identities and experiences together to:

  • build community and support,
  • identify community challenges and consider an ideal resolution,
  • advocate for change to support the advancement of BIPOC students,
  • share resources and information, and
  • provide training.
