IEA Team Wins First Horse Show of the Year

Sophomore Emma P. won two blue ribbons and freshman Cecilia M. picked up another to lead Foxcroft School’s Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) team to Championship honors Sunday at the first IEA horse show of the year.

Emma placed first in both Varsity Open Equitation classes and Cecilia’s triumph came in Junior Varsity Novice Over Fences. All told, Foxcroft riders collected 16 ribbons — eight of them in the tough Varsity Open competition — to amass 28 points, three more than Reserve Champion Madeira School.

Complete reults follow.
