Foxcroft College Counselor Quoted in Forbes

Foxcroft’s Director of College Counseling Barbara Conner was recently quoted in a Forbes article titled “Counseling for College Admission in 2021.” In it, author Brennan Bernard asks high school counselors for their insight and predictions around testing and access, in addition to other topics.
From a discussion on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), Barbara offers her optimistic outlook, “My strong hope for the next admission season is that we see pre-COVID numbers of students and families completing FAFSA forms. The 2023 admission cycle should see an upward trend in the number of students and families completing the FAFSA since it will shift from 100+ questions to a few dozen. Access and equity are important goals for higher education and this could be a game-changer!”

We think you are a game-changer — way to go, Ms. Conner!
