Varsity Basketball's Elizabeth S. ’22 named Athlete of the Week

For her unmatched determination, Elizabeth S. ’22 has been named Athlete of the Week for the period of Jan. 20-24.
Scoring a total of 21 points in Varsity Basketball's January 24 game against Middleburg Academy, Elizabeth posted 18 of those points in the second half. "At halftime, she asked how to get around a defender," said Coach Peachie Robinson. "She took the given advice and became unstoppable."

Elizabeth’s effort brought her just shy of the Foxcroft School basketball record for most points scored in a single game, set by Class of 2016 graduate Alex Grace who scored 27 points in a January 2015 game against Quantico.
