DAC Week Preview

The Delaney Athletic Conference (DAC) tournaments begin Tuesday, and all three varsity teams — field hockey, volleyball, and tennis — enter the postseason with winning records and as hosts of their first round of tournament play.
Varsity Volleyball (11-7), the No. 3 seed, plays at home against No. 6 Wakefield Country Day School, who Foxcroft defeated twice during the regular season, on Tuesday at 4pm. The team is seeded No. 12 in the VISAA Division I state rankings.

Varsity Tennis (9-4), also seeded No. 3, entertains Seton School, who Foxcroft beat twice in the regular season as well, at 3:30pm.

Varsity Field Hockey (14-3-1) drew a first-round bye and will play at home Wednesday against the winner of a play-in game. The team is seeded No. 3 in the VISAA Division II state rankings.

The Cross Country team will host the DAC championship race on Tuesday afternoon.
