Angelina L. '23 Paces Foxcroft to 3rd Place Finish
Foxcroft, sparked by freshman Angelina L, finished third among six teams that participated in the Fredericksburg Invitational.
Angelina finished fifth in the 5-kilometer race in 23 minutes, 12 seconds, knocking approxmimately 2.5 minutes off her last race.
Maya Y. '20 also placed among the top 10 with a ninth place finish in 23:54 and Semin A. was in 17th place with a time of 25:29.
The biggest improvement went to Finy Z.'22, who bettered her previous race by 10 minutes while finishing in 27:06.
Freshman Kaiya P., battling injuries, knocked almost 1.5 minutes off her time from her last race with a 28:11 clocking.
