Varsity Basketball's Allie M. ’20 Named Athlete of the Week
Junior Allie M., whose energetic play sparked Foxcroft to two basketball victories in a row for the first time this season last week, has been named Athlete of the Week for the period of Feb. 3-9.
Allie had six points, six rebounds, and two steals in a 34-17 victory over Christ Chapel on Tuesday, Feb. 5, then posted eight points, five rebounds, and six steals in a 28-25 triumph over Randolph-Macon Academy on Thursday, Feb. 7.
The 5-foot-4 guard leads Foxcroft in scoring (6.3 points per game), and is second in rebounds (4.4 per game) and steals (2.3 per game).
Allie also has earned Athlete of the Week mention in field hockey and lacrosse during her three years at Foxcroft.
