Teachers and administrators have an ongoing dialogue about each student's needs with regular communications. The Guidance Committee, comprised of the Academic Dean, Learning Center Director, School Counselor, Dean of Students, and others, meets weekly to make sure girls are getting the appropriate support and structure they need.
