Stryker is constantly looking to improve on its products, whether that’s changing a small piece or making a whole new product from scratch. The Product Management team determines what could be better and then connects numerous different groups—surgeons, engineering, manufacturing, etc.—to make it a reality.

What sparked your interest in STEM?: Honestly it wasn't until I joined K2M (Stryker) after college. I enjoy the creative side of marketing. When I joined the marketing team, I needed to learn the science of the spine to better do my job. Once I had a reason to learn, I found it really fun and rewarding.
