The varsity squad had a hard time finding its rhythm in the first set. The score was 9-11 early, but difficulty in serve receive caused Foxcroft to fall 17-25. The second set looked better, as the team took an 11-6 lead. Tandem went on a 7-point streak to put them ahead 13-17, and they pressed the advantage to a 17-25 victory. Foxcroft came out strong in the third set, taking a 9-1 lead, but the serve receive woes continues and they ultimately fell short at 24-26.
