Summer Camp

Have you ever wondered what scientists do in their labs? Fun With Science: Just For You and Me is a summer camp designed to provide hands-on experience for campers to design, perform, and explain experiments they have done. This camp provides the opportunity to work with and perform guided inquiry-based experiments. Each day of camp will focus on a different topic (for example: food science, chemistry and art, sport science, crime science, etc.) and will allow campers to relate scientific concepts to the real world while fostering their own independent thinking. Come out and see what it is like to be a scientist for a week.

This camp is a survey of visual arts course options at Foxcroft. From Lens to Canvas: An Art Camp is a creative journey that bridges digital and traditional art forms. We will explore the 500 acres of beautiful Foxcroft campus through the lens of a smartphone, learn professional editing techniques in Adobe Lightroom, and then translate our favorite photo into detailed sketches and a vibrant acrylic painting. No prior experience is necessary, just a passion for fun and creativity!

Lights Up! A Musical Theater Intensive focuses on a short musical production. This camp is designed to cover all key aspects of producing a theatrical performance, from initial prep to final performance.

Participants in either session of camp (June 15-19 or June 22-26) are invited to spend the night at Foxcroft on Wednesday, June 24. Students will experience dinner and breakfast in the Dining Hall, enjoy student activities with the Equestrian Camp, hang out in the dorms and dorm rooms, and spend a night on the "sleeping porch." There is no charge for this additional experience.
