Registration Open for 2026 Foxcroft Equestrian Residential Camp

This program is for riders with experience riding at a level of walk-trot-canter or above and was created to further a girl's riding skills while allowing her to experience Foxcroft’s uncommonly beautiful campus and local community.

Riders will receive mounted instruction based on the tenets of hunter seat equitation and attend horsemanship seminars on bandaging, braiding, clipping, vet care, farrier care, and the like. The residential component of the camp will include eating meals together, exploring the Foxcroft campus, field trips, pool time, and social activities in the dorm. 

Space is limited, and previous riding experience is required. To ensure that we can provide suitable mounts for each rider, camp applicants are required to fill out and submit an application through our online platform AND submit a video of themselves riding taken within the last three months. Follow this link to start the online application – it has multiple sections and should be completed in one sitting. The applications and videos will be reviewed, and riders will be notified whether they are accepted into the program after the determination of whether a suitable horse and lesson group is available to match that rider's experience level. 

Parents, if you are helping your daughter complete her application, we appreciate the collaboration while also desiring the authentic voice of the rider. There are questions prompting self-reflection on her strengths and challenges, as well as areas to describe preferences for types of horses and horsemanship activities. Please also note that there is a $25 non-refundable application processing fee. The camp cost is $1,650, due in full by May 31, 2026, for those accepted. Private horses are welcome for an additional fee.
