Aradeal H. '26 Uses Foxcroft’s EP Program to Master Polocrosse

Aradeal H. '26 Uses Foxcroft’s EP Program to Master Polocrosse

An accomplished rider, senior Aradeal H. has participated in Foxcroft’s Exceptional Proficiency (EP) program throughout her time at the School as a way to further her skills in Polocrosse, a fast-paced, team sport combining polo and lacrosse, played on horseback with a racquet and rubber ball.

We recently caught up with Aradeal to hear about her accomplishments.

How long have you been playing Polocrosse?

10 years.

Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments.

I won a sportsmanship and horsemanship award in England over the summer for being a good sport and excelling in taking care of horses.

How has Foxcroft's EP Program supported your journey?

I have valued the support of my teachers, as well as my advisory, when I have had to miss events at school to continue training.

What has been your proudest moment (or moments) so far?

Getting chosen for a U19 team to go to England! I really enjoyed being able to do that, and it is because I have the flexibility of the EP program while working on my sport and staying fit. I am also incredibly excited to be training two young horses from scratch to play this year and next year!

What's next?

I have five events coming up this summer, from Alabama to Maryland. Hopefully, more traveling, training horses, and competing!
