Instructions for Family Weekend 2025 Registration

Please visit the myFoxcroft Resource Board and complete Part I: RSVPs and Part II: Parent Conferences with Teachers/Advisors/Administrators. Continue reading for important notes and detailed instructions, with tips and screenshots. See the full schedule for the weekend here.

Part I: RSVPs

Submit the "Part I: RSVPs" registration form to let us know which events you and your guests will be attending. This is so that we can plan accordingly for meals and other details.

Note that under Family & Guest Information, you must add the number of attendees and click "Add Attendees" first before listing the names of those in your party.

Part II: Scheduling Parent Conferences with Teachers/Advisors/Administrators

PickAtime lets you book conferences with your daughter's teachers and advisor. You may also make appointments with Assistant Head of School Tanya Hyatt, Dean of Students Jodi Campbell, Dean of Inclusive Excellence Ranata Davis, Director of College Counseling Laura Moan (parents of seniors only), and Director of the Learning Center Regan Antila, if you wish.

All appointments during Family Weekend will be held in person on campus. If you want to schedule additional appointments, please follow up directly with those individuals. As always, you may make appointments with faculty, staff, administrators, coaches, and instructors outside Family Weekend.

Using the pickAtime Online Scheduler

Log in to myFoxcroft at www.foxcroft.org/myfoxcroft and click on the "Family Weekend Appointment Scheduler" tile under "Resources." When accessing the pickAtime scheduler, you’ll land on a page displaying the screen below:

Click on the “Family Weekend 2025” event, and you’ll be brought to a screen where your student is listed.

After selecting “Next Step,” you will toggle to the “Teachers” panel and choose the teachers you would like to meet with, then filter the scheduler to display timeslots for the teachers that you’ve selected.

Once filtered, you can see availability by teacher and make appointments that work with your schedule — be sure to click “Create Appointment” and follow the prompts.

Your schedule will be accessible via the left-hand menu through “My Appointments” or “Printable Schedule.”

Note, you can easily add individual appointments to your personal calendar (Google, iCal, etc.) by viewing “Appointment Details” and clicking on the calendar icon for each appointment.

When you arrive on campus during Family Weekend, a printed copy of your schedule will also be in your registration packet.

If your schedule changes, visit your pickAtime account to cancel or modify appointments under "My Appointments" until Wednesday, October 22. Changes that need to be made after that can be done by emailing communications@foxcroft.org.
