Friends of Foxcroft Memberships

Open to women only, there are two options for Fitness Center Membership:

• Annual membership for $365*
• Summer membership for $160.00 (June 1 - August 22)

• Weekdays (when school is in session):
• 6:00am-2:30pm; 6:00pm-10:00pm 
• Weekends and Summer: 6:00am-10:00pm
• Holidays: As posted

A summer combo Fitness, Tennis, and Pool membership is also available for $400.

*A discounted rate is available for recent alumnae.

 

There are two options for the Tennis Court Membership:

• Annual membership for $220
• Summer membership for $160.00 (June 1 - August 22)

• Weekdays (when school is in session)
• 5:30am-2:30pm and 6:00pm-dark
• Weekends and Summer: 6:00am-dark

A summer combo Fitness, Tennis, and Pool membership is also available for $400.

 

The Pool Summer Membership is $200.00 for up to 4 family members, with children age 2 and under free. Additional family members can be added for $25 each.

Single-day passes are available for $5 daily for individuals and guests. Passes are valid for date of purchase and can be purchased online.

The pool is open June 1 - August 22. Pool hours are 1-6pm daily, weather permitting.

Release and Waiver

1. No Partnership. Nothing contained herein shall have the effect of establishing or creating any joint venture or partnership between the parties. 
2. Assignment. This Agreement and all rights hereunder are personal to Foxcroft School (“School”) and the participant signing this waiver (“undersigned”) and may not be assigned by either party at any time. 
3. Entire Agreement. This Agreement (including all exhibits hereto, Foxcroft Rules) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with regard to its subject matter and supersedes and cancels any and all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or in writing, with respect thereto. This Agreement may be amended only by an agreement in writing executed by both parties. 
4. Indemnification. Undersigned covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the School, its trustees, officers and employees from any and all claims, damages, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and expenses arising out of or in connection with the undersigned’s use of the School’s property. 
5. Liability. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that participation in programs and performances on the campus of Foxcroft School involves an inherent risk of physical injury and the undersigned assumes all such risks. The undersigned hereby agrees that for sole consideration of Foxcroft School allowing the lease/use of any facilities, equipment, grounds or personnel for such programs or activities, the undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge Foxcroft School and its officers and trustees, its members individually and collectively, and agents and employees of any and from all claims, demands, regrets and causes of action of whatever nature unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, damages to property, and consequences thereof, resulting from participation in or in any connected with such recreational programs and activities. 
6. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
