For the second year in a row Foxcroft has an all-state cross country runner.

Junior Alex G. finished 17th in a field of 215 runners on Friday, Nov. 7, at the VISAA Division II state championship held at Woodberry Forest to earn All-State honors. The top 20 finishers were named to the all-state team. Last year senior Amy E. finished fourth in the race, the highest placing ever for a Foxcroft runner.

Alex had the fourth best time among runners from the Delaney Athletic Conference. Other Foxcroft placings went to junior Lexie W. (34th), junior Patia F. (89th) and sophomore Brittany H. (120th).

Foxcroft finished 13th among 35 schools that participated in the race with 330 points.
