Foxcroft Takes Third in Opening DAC Meet

On perfect day for running Foxcroft ran superbly.

In the first Delaney Athletic Conference race of the season, Foxcroft placed three girls among the top 15 runners and finished in third place in a race that included 12 DAC teams and 103 competitors.

Alex G. 16 led Foxcroft with a strong sixth place finish and Lexie W. '16 was right behind her in seventh place. Patia F. '16, an all-DAC selection last season, passed nine runners during the second half of the race to finish in 15th place and Hannah B. '17 was Foxcroft's final scorer in 22nd place.

Brittany H. '17 had a strong finish and was in 30th place and Malan J. '16 ran at a nice steady place and finished in 50th place. SuBin L. '16, Jacqueline D. '17 and Sophia D. '15 also competed for Foxcroft.
