A strong showing in the Beginner classes and the over-fences competition helped Foxcroft recover from a slow start to place second in the Tri-State Equitation League meet held Saturday at McConnell Riding Hall.

Garrison Forest won the meet with 47.5 points; Foxcroft had 38.5 points and Oldfields finished third with 38. With the abbreviated three-meet regular season complete, Foxcroft sits two points out of first place. The seven-team finals to determine the champion for the year will be held at Foxcroft April 8-9.
