Alex C. named Player of the Week
ALEX CARR NAMED PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Alex C., a junior guard, scored six points in the final quarter to spark Foxcroft's junior varsity to a nail-biting 24-23 victory over Seton on February 8 and earn Player of the Week honors for February 6-12.
Alex led the JV with a season-high eight points in the game and helped the team record its second victory of the season.
A hard-nosed defensive player from Wellington, Fla., Alex has been a sparkplug at the No. 2 guard position all season. She was a first-team all-Delaney Athletic Conference selection in volleyball last fall.
