It's Your Move

1. To understand how to make the important decisions necessary to achieve happiness and success.

2. To contemplate the special challenges that women face in order to honor the multiple commitments necessary to balance personal, professional, and community life.

3. To learn how to manage time and plan for success in a variety of areas.

4. To build the skills necessary to run a home, contribute to a work environment, and participate in the greater community.

5. To develop the vital habit of personal giving to alleviate suffering, improve community, and help others prosper and grow.

6. To set achievable but challenging goals which allow for personal growth and encourage positive self-image.

7. To pursue what really excites and challenges you, be that math, music, sculpting, or bridge building and to assess your strengths and aptitudes in order to chart an appropriate path for your future.

8. To acquire the necessary building blocks to construct successful and fulfilling relationships.

9. To understand your own expectations about yourself in terms of career, family, and achievement.

10. To clarify and embrace the spiritual values that are important to individual well-being, happiness, and peace of mind.

11. To learn to collaborate with others and build lifelong networks of friends, family, and colleagues.

12. To develop the ability to find, evaluate, and use the best information, electronic or otherwise, to support your work at home, at school, and in all aspects of life.
