Interscholastic teams (except for Riding) compete in the Delaney Athletic Conference and practice for up to two hours daily to prepare for games. The Riding Team competes in the Tri-State Equitation League and at various horse trials and scholastic shows.
Physical Education classes generally meet 2-3 times a week after school with occasional weekend commitments. The offerings, which vary from season to season and year to year, offer students the opportunity to improve their aerobic and anaerobic capacities in a non-competitive venue. Past offerings have included rock climbing, aerobics and indoor softball.
Sophomores are required to take a one-season health class, which may be used to fulfill their Physical Education requirement for that term.
