Foxcroft strives to meet the individual learning needs of all students. If a student does encounter academic difficulty, Foxcroft provides a variety of means of support, including the Learning Center, the Writing Center, and the Math Lab. The Learning Center is staffed by a full-time Director and offers a range of services, including help with time management, study strategies, and organizational skills. Students may request or be assigned to work in the Learning Center. The Writing Center and Math Lab are staffed by members of the English and Math Departments, respectively. A student seeking extra support in writing or in mathematics may schedule an appointment, or may be referred by her teachers. The goal for all academic support is for students to take increasing responsibility for their own learning, and to become independent, lifelong learners.

Workshops in Study Skills, Identifying Learning Styles, and Exam Preparation are offered for freshmen to develop organizational skills and study and learning strategies. These workshops serve as a complementary component to the academic program of study for Freshmen.
